Tell us "your story." How did you end up at Avalon?
I worked as a Chef Manager for Stouffer’s for 13 years. After a workplace injury, I decided to look for other opportunities. I was presented an opportunity to work on a project at Night Rider in 1995 through a temp agency. Of about 100 temps who worked on the project, I was the only one left after six months. The company then asked if I would stay on. After 12 years with what eventually became IKON and working in many roles, I returned from Louisville, Detroit, Chicago, and Kansas City to Cleveland and continued my career with C:DOX as a Production Manager. Then, Avalon acquired C:DOX and I ended up here!
