Current Position: Production Manager
Tell us “your story.” How did you end up at Avalon?
JP! I was his band’s website designer and he asked me to join the team. Been here ever since.
What’s your favorite thing about Avalon?
The teamwork to get things done. I also enjoy printing and finishing client’s projects and am proud of the finished product.
What’s your favorite thing about your position at Avalon?
I enjoy being a production manager because I like a leadership role. I answer team members questions and help wherever I can.
What is your proudest moment at Avalon?
Working just about 24 straight hours to get a project done on time. I sometimes see finished product pictures from clients and wish that would happen more.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
First things first… coffee. Then, I’ll check my email and review any production updates. I’ll go over to the production orders “in” shelf and organize the workflow.
What’s your favorite workplace memory?
Throwing the old AGFA substrate machine out!
What are you listening to right now (music/podcast/audio book)?
Always listening to Coldplay, Radiohead, Muse, Death Cab for Cutie, Nine Inch Nails, and Foo Fighters

If you could go anywhere on vacation, where would it be and why?
Italy because I’m Italian and the food!
If you were stuck on an island and could only bring three things, what would they be?
- An endless supply of drinking water because it’s essential for survival.
- A magnifying glass or a mirror to start a fire, feel warm, and be able to cook.
- A Swiss army knife to prepare food, protect ourselves, and build a shelter.
What do you do for fun?
Golfing with friends and playing my guitar and piano.
