We celebrated these things and more during our biannual Great Huddle on July 25th.The Great Huddle is Avalon’s company-wide meeting that recognizes team members who go above and beyond. Nearly 15 special awards were presented to deserving outstanding team members—on an office level at each of our six offices, and then on a company-wide level.
The huddle extended into the evening with festivities in each city to celebrate the success of not just the company, but the individuals who make Avalon the company it is today.
Over the last 18 years, Avalon has grown from a three-person squad to nearly 150 people with offices in New York, Ohio, and Florida. We are an award-winning company recognized for our impeccable service and expertise. None of this could be accomplished without the people we have on our team.
